Complaint Investigation Report

LPA was informed R1 was not slurring their speech and was able to walk without staggering or stumbling to their new room. Facility staff used the time while resident was in the courtyard to move their belongings to the new room. R1 and their conservator were aware of the move and in agreement and R1 has been doing well ever since.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
