Facility Evaluation Report

At approximately 8:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced to conduct a complaint investigation. Upon arrival, LPA observed an inflatable mattress, made up with blankets and pillows, in the living room. The mattress appeared to have been used the previous night. LPA informed administrator of regulation regarding using a common area as a bedroom. The bed was removed during visit.

Deficiencies are cited from the California Code of Regulations (CCRs), and/or the Health and Safety Code. Failure to correct the cited deficiency(ies), on or before the Plan of Correction (POC) due date, may result in a civil penalty assessment.
