At approximately 1:15PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced to conduct a case management visit in regards to the status of the facilities Administrator certifiate. LPA met with Licensee Sara Melton. LPA was informed that all courses have been completed and the renewal packet will be sent to the Administrator Certificate Bureau today. Licensee will send LPA confirmation when the packet has been sent.
