At approximately 8:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to conduct a case management visit in regard to a special incident report submitted to CCLD on 02/20/2025. The report was about an individual who ran away from the facility. LPA reviewed records and observed individual is able to leave the facility unassisted. House manager attempted to follow client and notified law enforcement. Client was located and found safe.
