Facility Evaluation Report

At approximately 08:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit and met with Administrator Cindy Hall. The purpose of this visit was to discuss the increased care needs of one of the residents (R1). Administrator informed LPA that R1 needs more assistance with continent care and showering than before but a routine has been established that seems to be working well. LPA discussed care planning and provided information regarding incontinence care regulations. Administrator told LPA they are keeping an eye on R1's needs and will bring in more staff when the need arises. LPA discussed the need to update care plans when needed or at least every 12 months and the need for age exemption requests.
