On 5/29/2025 LPA visited the facility to do a case management. The licensees and residents had moved to Maui, Hawaii. They recently made the decision to move the care home back to California, and moved here April 16.
The residents seem to have settled back "home" at this point. The home will continue as before.
The home is clean, in good condition, furnished. Smoke detectors are working, fire extinguishers charged, plenty of food in the house.
At this point everyone seems settled in and doing well.
