Facility Evaluation Report
On March 26, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lavinia Muscan arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct an annual visit . LPA met with Administrator Marissa Hardy and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA and Administrator conducted a tour inside the home and observed there were no clients present. LPA inspected 6 bedrooms for residents, 3 bathrooms, common area, 1 staff room, kitchen, play/games/office area , laundry area, office and outdoor area. LPA observed facility to be properly furnished. LPA checked the kitchen area for the ability to prepare and store food. LPA observed cleaning products and other toxins to be locked away. LPA observed the area used for medication to be locked and inaccessible to residents. LPA observed smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors at the care home to be operational. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are maintained and ready for emergency use. All required postings were observed.
The Administrator was advised to notify the Department when the first client moves in.
There are no deficiencies issued in this report.
