The inspector’s account

On 08/04/2026 , at 09:45 AM , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Sampair arrived unannounced to conduct this Required 1 Year inspection. Upon arrival, the LPA explained the purpose of the visit to Administrator (ADM) Fe Dimaano .

The LPA and ADM toured the community inside and outside. The tour of the community included, but was not limited to, residents’ rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, garage, and yards. The community was clean, appropriately furnished, and well lit. There are no bodies of water on the grounds of the community. The interior and exterior passageways of the community were free from obstructions.

The LPA observed the required postings in the community.

The residents’ bathrooms are equipped with grab bars and slip-resistant mats. There are more than the required minimum 7-day supply of nonperishable foods and 2-day supply of perishable foods on hand.

The temperature of the two refrigerators were below 40 degrees and the two freezers were below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum hot water temperature was measured at 117 degrees Fahrenheit in the kitchen. At approximately 11:40 AM, the inside temperature was measured at 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the kitchen.
