COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 47-HC-20220808152853

On 3/14/23, Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) Ramsey Chimienti, met with Dulce Coleman regarding the above complaint allegation and to conduct an initial licensing inspection of the Home Care Organization (HCO).

Based on the 20 files reviewed, observations and evidence that was collected it was concluded that The Key located at 1600 South Main St. Ste 320, Walnut Creek, CA 94956 is properly onboarding caregivers and verifying registration eligibility prior to contact with clients.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
