On 05/28/2024 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Sampair arrived unannounced for a Plan of Correction (POC) visit for citations on 5/14/2024. Upon entry, LPA disclosed purpose of the visit to Staff Marie Regacho.
