On 09/24/21 at 3:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Sampair conducted an infection control annual inspection and met with Licensee Joanne Mogadam. LPA stated the purpose of the visit.
Because Licensee has 0 residents at present, the LPA toured the facility to ensure that no structural ch anges have been made to the facility and there were none either inside or outside of the facility.
There were no citations issued during the visit.
