Information obtained alleging staff makes inappropriate comments towards residents. However, 5 of 5 residents said staff never made inappropriate comments towards residents nor witnessed staff making inappropriate comments towards other residents.
Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there are not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED .
