On 01/22/2025 at 04:00 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Carol Fowler and David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPAs met with Community Care Coordinator Kristi Komori and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPAs toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. There was sufficient supply of perishable and nonperishable foods. Multiple fire extinguishers were observed; last serviced on 07/29/2025.
