On 10/24/2025 at 04:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jeremy Fong arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA and LPM met with Operations Manager Joseph Tijero and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA and LPM toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. There was sufficient supply of perishable and nonperishable foods. Multiple fire extinguishers were observed; last serviced on 07/29/2025.
