On 5/16/2023 at 10:57 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Alexander arrived unannounced to continue annual inspection from last visit on 05/11/2023. LPA met with caregiver, Josefina Luy. Johnny Lingbanan, husband to Licensee/Administrator, arrived shortly and advised that Victoria Lingbanan was currently taking a continuing education class.
Updated copies of the following documents were requested for facility file and are to be submitted to CCL by 05/23/2023:

No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
