Enforcement Analyst (EA) Megan Vigil arrived at the business location to conduct required licensing inspection. The licensee notified EA Vigil of a change of address and provided the updated business address of 11299 San Pablo Ave. Suite V, El Cerrito, CA 94530. EA Vigil arrived at the updated location.

The licensee, Drusilla Mercer , further advised EA Vigil that they would like to close the organization and confirmed that the business has not been in operation as of January 2024.

EA Vigil will submit this information to the assigned Licensing Analyst for processing to complete the organization’s formal closure in accordance with regulatory requirements.
