On 12/27/2023 at 3:20 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) P. Watson arrived unannounced to deliver amended report for visit conducted on 10/06/2023. LPA met with Caregiver, Rose Kioa and explained the purpose of the visit. Administrator is out of town and unable to sign report.
Amended report was delivered to caregiver.
No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
