On 09/20/2022 at 5:00PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L Ibo conducted unannounced case management visit.
LPA conducted case management in related to infection control follow up. LPA discussed with Administrator the infection control topics that local public health recommended. Administrator stated she will complete all the recommendations.
