On 10/21/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), T. Syess-Gibson and L. Hall arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPAs met with Scott Shahade, Executive Director and advised of purpose visit.
LPAs visit was regarding a previous visit dated February 19, 2025. During visit LPAs were informed CCLD have to correct documents before delivery. LPAs will return at a later date.
