On 12/04/25 at 5:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D Panlilio arrived unannounced to conduct an annual required inspection. LPA met with staff (ADM,S1, S2) and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA observed facility still has no clients and that facility is still undergoing complete interior renovation.
ADM stated that they will continue to pay the annual fees to keep the facility's license current. ADM stated she will notify CCL when the facility will start accepting new clients.
