On 7/24/2025 at 9:35am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) A. Gomez and A Christy arrived unannounced to conduct proof of correction (POC) visit. LPAs met with Facility Nurse, Cynthia Murphy and explained the purpose of the visit.
