Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ruth Wallace conducted unannounced Case Management Visit - Other. LPA explained purpose of visit to house manager.
LPA conducted tour through facility with house manager. LPA observed the cameras have been removed from facility.
LPA asked for new administrator documents to be emailed to LPA by November 18, 2022. House manager stated the documents have been sent to licensing several months ago, but will send again.
No deficiencies were observed or cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22.
Exit interview conducted with house manager and a copy of report was left at facility.
