Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct a one year required inspection visit.
LPA was met by a group in a meeting for a resident. On the phone was Administrator Doris Woodruff who confirmed that a visit was completed by LPA Lund on 6/25/2026.
LPA completed a safety inspection with a walk through of the facility.
