Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis arrived to 123 Selkirk Ranch Road Angels Camp, CA 95222. LPA met with Karen Puente, and explained the purpose of the visit. The facility has relocated their residents from Travel Lodge to another Wyndham Hotel.
LPA checked the rooms for medications, food/snacks and resident files. LPAs observed the room be equipped with food, medications, blankets, medical supplies, and all necessary furniture. All residents have their own bed. The Staff were informed that they will be at a relocation address until further notice.
Residents have moved from apartment I145 to I144 and I138.
The residents appear to be in good health at this time and there are no immediate safety concerns. The department will continue to monitor the situations with health and safety checks until the residents return to their residence.
An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report will be provided to Administrator Karen Puent via email as LPA'S printer is not working at this time.
