Facility Evaluation Report
On March 20, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kayla Adkison arrived at the facility unannounced for the purpose of conducting an annual inspection. The facility burned down in the 2018 Camp Fire. LPA confirmed there is no facility on the property and no residents in care.
LPA contacted Licensee/Administrator Cliff Keene, via email, regarding the intentions of the property. Licensee confirmed they intend to maintain the license and ownership of the property, at the recommendation of their attorney, until the conclusion of the PG&E Fire Victim's Trust payouts. Once the Trust closes, Licensee intends to sell the property. There is no current plan to rebuild the facility.
No deficiencies are being cited as a result of this inspection. LPA sent a copy of this report to Licensee, via email, for signature.
