Staff do not treat residents with dignity or respect - UNSUBSTANTIATED
Staff interviews revealed that they had not witnessed any staff including the administrator being rude to the residents or not treating the residents with dignity and respect.
LPA interviewed 6 residents and all stated that no staff or the administrator have ever been rude to them.
It was determined that the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was provided to Executive Director Sonya Gonzales.
