April 22, 2025, 11:30 am Licensing Program Analyst Kayla Adkison and Licensing Program Manager Lauren Crocker arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Required-1 Year inspection. This facility has not been in operation and does not have an active administrator or any residents in care.
LPA toured the facility to ensure that it is not in operation and confirmed there are no residents in care. There are no medications being stored and no indication that anyone resides in the facility.
No Deficiencies being cited as a result of todays visit.
