The inspector’s account

On July 2, 2024, LPA Boyles and LPA Sarangi arrived at the facility unannounced to discuss and incident that occurred on June 30 2024. However, due to the evacuations occurring at the sister facility in Oroville CA there was no administrator to meet and discuss the incident report.

LPA will arrive at a later date to discuss the incident.
