Facility Evaluation Report
On July 22, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kayla Adkison arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. LPA met with Nedina Tuck, Facility Manager, and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA and Facility Manager toured the facility together to ensure the health and safety of residents in care.
Areas toured included but are not limited to: common areas, resident bedrooms, backyard, common restrooms, and recreation room. LPA observed the facility to be clean, in good repair and odor-free. LPA observed resident bedrooms to have the required furnishings. Facility has a 2-day perishable and a 7-day non-perishable amount of food. LPA observed all sharps and medications to be locked and inaccessible to residents. There is a schedule of activities and programs posted for residents. LPA observed fire extinguishers to be fully charged and last inspected in January 2025.
In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed.
LPA reviewed a total of three (3) residents' files and four (4) staff files. All files reviewed contained all the required documentation. LPA observed a completed emergency disaster plan with fire drills conducted approximately every six months. LPA observed a completed emergency first aid kit ready fully stocked and ready for use.
No deficiencies are being cited as a result of this inspection.
