Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nacole Patterson conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit. LPA was greeted by and met with Business Office Director Janelle Harris , to discuss the purpose of the visit.
Today's visit was to amend a report for a complaint investigation visit dated 10/10/24.
No deficiencies were cited or observed on this date.
