Facility Evaluation Report
On 2/7/25 at 9:00am Licensing Program analysts (LPAs) Kevin Gould and Cynthia Tamayo arrived and love and Comfort Elderly care for the purpose of conducting a required 1 year annual inspection. LPAs met with Staff member Aisake Ratu.
As LPAs were preparing to begin their inspection and obtaining the census, LPAs were informed a hospice resident has passed away this morning and their body is still in the facility awaiting to be collected by the coroner/mortuary.
LPAs are ending the inspection as the family are still on their way to pay respects and to give the facility appropriate space to deal the the recent death of a resident.
LPAs requested an updated Client roster to be filled out and emailed to LPA Kevin Gould.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
