On 10/18/24 at 9:20am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Gould conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection to ensure previously cited deficiencies have been corrected and all plans of correction have been completed to department standards.
LPA has received and reviewed written plans or correction and observed adherence to the initial plan of operation approved by the department and serving a population that was approved by the department.
