On 07/08/25, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lavinia Muscan and Talwinder Bains came to facility to conduct health and safety checks. LPAs met with administrator, Nelson Jacinto and explained the purpose of today's visit.
Department found multiple concerns. Deficiencies were observed and cited per Title 22, CCR Regulations as listed on LIC809-D. Civil penalties will be assessed if facility will not comply with all POC requirements as issued today.
