Facility Evaluation Report
CCLD Staff, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Laura Munoz, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Talwinder Bains and Lavinia Muscan arrived at the facility unannounced on 10/15/25 to conduct a Case Management. Department staff met with the Administrator, Nelson Jacinto and Assistant Administrator,Julio Miguel Esguerra and explained the purpose of today's visit.
During today's visit, the Department checked the food supply and did a brief walk through the facility with staff. No concerns noted. Several topics were discussed. No immediate health and safety concerns were noted during this visit.
No citations were issued per Title 22 Regulations.
Exit interview conducted and copy of the report left at facility.
