Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cheyenne Ratajczak and Graham Gunby arrived unannounced to conducted a health and safety check to the residents in care. LPAs met with Vlad Valavsky, and explained reason for today’s visit.
Resident's in care appeared to be safe; no imminent health/safety concerns were observed. LPAs inspected the inside of facility, and no health/safety hazards were observed. LPAs inspected outside perimeter of facility, to ensure no health/safety hazards were present. Facility was maintained at a comfortable temperature for the residents in care.
The needs of the residents in care appeared to be met during LPA's inspection. Residents appeared to be groomed appropriately and no visible injuries noted. LPAs inspected facility food supplies, food supplies were observed to be adequate during this inspection.
No deficiencies cited at this time. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report and LIC809G left at the facility.
