The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Thursday May 21, 2026 to conduct an annual inspection. LPA met with the Administrator Adeola. There are currently no residents in care.

LPA and Administrator toured the facility together. LPA observed the resident rooms, bathrooms, common area, and kitchen.

No deficiencies cited during todays visit. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was provided to the Administrator.
