Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on October 7, 2025 to conduct an annual inspection. LPA met with the Administrator. There are currently no residents in care.
LPA and Administrator toured the facility together. LPA observed the resident rooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and backyard.
No deficiencies cited during todays visit. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was emailed to the Administrator.
