On 8/10/23, Licensing Program Analyst conducted an unannounced visit and met with Administrator, Parveen Saroay.
The purpose of the visit to issue repeat violation civil penalties for a violation of CCR 87468.1(a)(1) cited on 8/1/23.
This violation was a repeat of a citation issued on 5/4/23 for other incidents of a male resident making unwanted touching of female residents at the facility.
No additional citations are issued as a result of this visit.
