EA Jane Cong-Huyen made an attempted Post Licensing visit on 2/3/25 from 10:45am - 11:50am at 78-120 Calle Estado #207 La Quinta, CA. EA attempted to call the license work number that she provided (760)296-1056 and cell# (760) 574-9917. Left Messages and no call back. EA waited to see if licensee would show up to the office since she stated her operation hours is only on Mondays 10am-2pm. Licensee never show up nor call. Third attempted visit made.
