Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Abdoulaye Zerbo and Aziz Faizi conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Caregiver Claudia Martinez and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPAs toured the facility and no immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Caregiver Claudia Martinez
