Licensing Program Analyst (LPA),Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for a health an safety check. The LPA met with Caregiver Claudia Martinez and explained the purpose of the visit. Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler joined the visit at a later time.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility and no immediate health and safety concerns were observed.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler.
