Licensing Program Analyst (LPA),Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for a health an safety check. The LPA met with Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler and explained the purpose of the visit.

During today's visit, LPA toured the facility and no immediate health and safety concerns were observed.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler
