Licensing Program Analyst (LPA),Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for a health an safety check. The LPA met with Caregiver Rhonda Wilts and explained the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility, conducted interviews and records review. No immediate health and safety concerns were observed.
