Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPA met with Caregiver Teri Duet and explained the purpose of the visit. Licensee Elizabeth joined the visit at a later time.
During the visit, LPA toured the facility and no immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided Caregiver Teri Duet.
