Licensing Program Analyst (LPA),Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for a health an safety check. The LPA met with Caregiver Terri Duet, informed them of the purpose of the visit and was granted access. Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler arrived at a later time.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility, obtained pertinent documentation and conducted interviews. No immediate health and safety concerns were observed.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler.
