Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Rico conduct an unannounced case management to obtain records from the facility pertaining to Compliant Control Number # 56-AS-20250527170216. LPA Rico met with Administrator Jennifer Montgomery and explained the purpose of the visit.
Based on the observations made during today’s visit, no deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, and this report (LIC809) was discussed and provided to Administrator Jennifer Montgomery.
