The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd made an unannounced visit to the facility to complete the annual inspection. LPA was greeted by Licensee (LI), Andrea Wilkerson. Licensee stated that she had staff out, including the HR staff and asked if it was possible to move the visit.

LPA will return to complete this inspection at a later date.
