On 8/12/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Leffall conducted a case management visit to follow up and confirm details of an incident report that was received by the Department. The incident occurred on 7/28/25, in which R1’s medication order was delayed thus missed 2 doses of scheduled administering. LPA met with Administrator (A1) Linda Pope.
On 8/7/25 the facility completed Med Aide training with staff and completion sheet submitted to CCLD.
A citation is issued on the attached 809-D wtih appeal rights regarding medications not ordered timely.
