On 5/11/22 at 1:35 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) G. Clark arrived announced to provide Administrator with the Infection Control Inspection report performed on 5/4/22 documented on the proper form. LPA met with Alanna Spencer, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
