On 4/21/23 at 2:10 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Greg Clark arrived unannounced to deliver amended report for the allegations of staff does not ensure that facility has adequate food supplies and staff are mismanaging residents' medication administration records. LPA met with Lydia Alvarez, Care Staff and explained the purpose of the visit.
No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
